 Designed for those new to yoga, or seeking to understand the foundational poses and breathing techniques a bit better. Expect to be challenged with this dynamic style of yoga. Each 6 week course  will focus on a different area of the yoga practice. At the end of the 6 weeks you will have gained a deeper understanding of physical yoga practice with more confidence and strength in both mind and body.

NEW Vinyasa Flow - 6 week course starting Monday 5th January @ 7.45pm

Level 2 

This 6-week Intermediate Vinyasa Flow course is designed for students who have completed a beginner Vinyasa course or have a basic understanding of foundational yoga postures and breathwork.

Each class builds on the foundations learned in beginner Vinyasa, gradually increasing in strength, flow, and complexity. You’ll explore longer sequences, smoother transitions, and more mindful linking of breath and movement, while continuing to refine alignment, stability, and body awareness.

Over the six weeks, the practice will progressively evolve into a more challenging and dynamic flow, incorporating strength-building postures, balance work, and optional variations to support individual growth.

Yoga Class

                             Level 3

Vinyasa Flow Level 3 is a strong, dynamic practice designed for experienced students who are comfortable moving fluidly through sequences and holding challenging postures.

Classes feature continuous, breath-led movement with creative sequencing, stronger transitions, and longer holds that build strength, stamina, and mobility. You can expect a faster pace at times, deeper exploration of postures, and opportunities to play with advanced variations, arm balances, and peak poses.

While alignment cues and options are always offered, this class assumes a solid understanding of foundational poses and vinyasa principles. Students are encouraged to move with confidence, self-awareness, and curiosity, adapting the practice to suit their own bodies.

This course is ideal for those seeking a physically challenging, energising flow that deepens both strength and mindfulness on the mat.

NEW  Myo Yin Yoga 6 week course starting Thursday 8th January @ 7.45pm 
Yoga with Props

                               All Levels

This course focuses on mobility, slow deep stretching, from the feet all the way to the neck.

Explore the rejuvenating techniques of myofascial release (MFR) in combination with Yin Yoga that will rebalance your body as we stretch, roll and release using balls (provided) and your own body weight to relieve tension, tightness & pain.
This 6 week course combines the long holds of yin yoga with self myofascial release techniques.
Myo Yin is designed to introduce tools to decrease muscle soreness & tension, while achieving more ease of movement in the body.
You will leave feeling deeply relaxed.
